I grew up in Connecticut, attended college in Washington, DC and went on to medical school and residency in Boston. I have been on the West Coast since 2005, for some years in private practice in Vancouver, WA before coming to Kaiser Permanente.
About my practice
I enjoy all aspects of my career in anesthesia. It is quite a privilege to care for patients at such a stressful time in their lives. I am a member of the pediatrics team which takes care of our patients under 12, and I find connecting with children to be an especially rewarding experience. I am privileged to have a varied and interesting practice here at Kaiser Permanente that allows me the opportunity to participate in all types of surgeries.
How I thrive
Outside of work, the passions that allow me to thrive typically involves my two wonderful kids. I am their biggest fan in their endeavors in soccer, hockey, dancing, piano, and acting. Our family enjoys all the Northwest has to offer, including skiing, biking, hiking, or just running on the beach with our dog.
