I was born in New Orleans and grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I went to college at the University of South Alabama, and to medical school and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. I moved to the Portland area to be closer to my son, explore the city, and enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest scenery.
About my practice
As an emergency medicine physician, I am committed to treating and managing any condition that might come through the door. I am dedicated to practicing evidence-based medicine, and I chose my field to be able to meet and help people during their times of greatest need.
How I thrive
"That you are here — that life exists and identity; that the powerful play goes on, and you may contribute a verse." –Walt Whitman. For me, the purpose of life is to spend as much time as possible with the people you love and care about most, to experience life at its fullest, and never to turn down an adventure. I enjoy traveling, reading, hiking, and anything sci-fi related.
