As a child in an Air Force family, I grew up all over the US and overseas before settling in sunny Texas for my undergraduate, medical school, and residency years. Then my own Air Force career took me and my family to lovely England for four years where we settled into quiet village life and learned the finer points of English gardens, a proper tea, and sticky toffee pudding. The opportunity to work for Kaiser Permanente, a vibrant culture, and the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest brought me to Portland, Oregon and I am thrilled to be living in such a marvelous city.
About my practice
I am a general Radiologist with additional sub-specialty training in breast imaging and image-guided breast procedures. I love the practice of radiology because it is incredibly interesting and challenging. I enjoy breast radiology in particular because it affords me the opportunity to spend time with my patients.
How I thrive
I thrive by spending every day with my wonderful husband and chasing after our three beautiful and energetic young children. I stay healthy by running, eating fresh food, cooked by my talented husband, and not sweating the small stuff. I love traveling, reading, hanging out with friends and family, and all things British.
