Since graduating from Reynolds High School, I have had the opportunity to play soccer in the Final Four (NCAA Division I), serve my country for 6 years (USN), and visit Europe and the Middle East. I went on to decommission a historic nuclear reactor, and was a Senior Experiment Operator on the most advanced test reactor in the world. I was unfulfilled and wanted to give back to the community that gave so abundantly to me. I went in to medicine to fulfill this desire, to give back to the most vulnerable...the sick.
About my practice
My practice centers on all aspects of interventional oncology. I perform chemo-embolization, Y-90 and RFA/microwave ablation/croyablation of liver, kidney and metastatic tumors. I perform all vascular procedures from TEVAR/EVAR to PTA and stent of central and peripheral vessels. Additional procedures include uterine artery embolization, biopsies, and abscess drainage.
How I thrive
To successfully treat patients a physician must have balance in their own life first. I enjoy spending time with my family hiking, camping, and fishing. We enjoy wakeboarding and all water sports. In the winter, we enjoy snowboarding and skiing. I also enjoy gardening and woodworking in my spare time. I enjoy volunteering in various capacities within my church and look forward to serving in Habitat for Humanity.
