I was born in Georgia and lived there most of my life. I moved to New England to complete my residency in emergency medicine at Brown University. After residency, my partner and I decided to move to the beautiful Pacific Northwest with our dog (Bowser) and cat (Tigger). I feel lucky to be practicing emergency medicine; it is fast-paced, allows me to meet people from different walks of life, and makes it possible for me to help those in need.
About my practice
As an emergency medicine physician at Kaiser Permanente, I strive to provide the best care I can to my patients and their loved ones during difficult and stressful situations. While working hard to serve our member population, we employ the highest standard of care practices in an efficient manner. It is my hope that I can make you feel better while improving your day at the same time.
How I thrive
I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and watching movies. I'm hoping to become a better fisherman, too. I'm still trying to make my way to all of the fantastic restaurants in the area. I try to stay positive and find humor in most situations; I think it's necessary to have a sunny disposition in order to improve your life and the lives of those around you.
