I was raised in Southern California and subsequently spent time in New York and Virginia before moving to Oregon. I have always had a heart for medical missions since high school and have gone on several trips prior to my medical career. This led to my love for family medicine as it provided the ability to care for the family as a whole. I had the opportunity to go to Ghana with my Family Medicine residency, which further solidified my desire to serve those in need.
About my practice
As a Family Medicine physician, my focus is to provide the best care for members and their families. I enjoy providing care for members of all stages of life including low-risk prenatal and pediatric care. My goal is to help members become the healthiest people they can be, in all aspects of their health, including mental health, preventive medicine, and evidence-based care for chronic diseases. I also provide some minor office procedures.
How I thrive
I value my time with my family and friends, whether it is just sharing a meal or a cup of coffee. I love to cook and try different foods and new restaurants. I love traveling and experiencing different cultures. I also enjoy photography, especially capturing those special moments in life. Physically, I like to jog, snowboard, hike, and explore the outdoors.
