The Pacific Northwest has been my home since 1980. I completed my infectious disease training in Los Angeles, California from 2006 to 2009 where I treated many patients with complicated infectious disease conditions and engaged in academic research. After my training, I worked for Kaiser Permanente Southern California as an infectious disease physician from 2009 to 2012. I feel very fortunate to back in the Pacific Northwest, continuing my career with Kaiser Permanente.
About my practice
I care for patients with a wide spectrum of infectious disease illnesses. I am thrilled to be an infectious disease physician because of the constant demand to be a problem solver and lifelong learner. I enjoy "thinking outside the box," integrating new thinking with old practices, and sharing my experiences with my colleagues in order to advance patient care.
How I thrive
I try to balance my professional career and personal life. My wife and I enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with family.
