I consider it a privilege and a pleasure to work in the medical field. I trained in General Surgery and specialized in Vascular surgery. I have been in clinical practice since 1995. I began at Longview Surgical Group and I have had the good fortune to work in the department of Surgery and Vascular Surgery at Kaiser Permanente since 2001. I am a clinical professor of Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and mentor medical students and residents.
About my practice
I am one of the four physicians in the Vascular Surgery department. We have a very efficient and caring support staff in our clinic. You will find this team very helpful from the time you call for an appointment. We have extensive experience with both open and minimally invasive endovascular procedures. We have a noninvasive lab and vascular ultrasound in our Mt. Tabor office.
How I thrive
I love the outdoors. I play soccer in the fall and spring, bike in the summer, and ski in the winter.
