I am originally from the Pacific Northwest and am a graduate of the University of Oregon. I completed my master’s degree in public health at Portland State University. From there I attended Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa, followed by residency training in family medicine at Valley Family Medicine in Renton, Washington. I am excited to be back in Oregon, helping my community.
About my practice
My medical interests include preventive medicine, immigrant health, nutrition and fitness, and a whole-body approach to improving quality of life. I am committed to patient education and providing compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care. I want to work with patients to translate complex medical situations into everyday language, so together we can make positive health change.
How I thrive
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hiking, cooking, and going to the gym.
