I am a native of Oregon, having grown up in Portland. I spent three years in Wisconsin during anesthesia training and had fun exploring the Midwest. I was happy to return to the warmer weather of the Northwest and chose Salem for its smaller town feel. I enjoy practicing anesthesia in the outpatient setting with a great team of people.
About my practice
I am an anesthesiologist at Skyline Ambulatory Surgery Center. We practice a team approach to giving patients the best surgery experience possible, from the time they arrive through to follow up the day after surgery. We have a very efficient and caring staff with whom it's a pleasure to work. I find the work very rewarding. It's nice to see patients over time for different operations and to have them be so happy with the care that they have received on previous visits.
How I thrive
I consider myself lucky to have both my immediate and extended families still living in the area. When not seeing the relatives, my wife and I put in a lot of hours to support the local schools.
