I believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare--which is why I choose to specialize in Emergency Care. My doors are always open, and all members are welcome. I enjoy the pace of the emergency room and the challenges it brings. I strive to practice with compassion and diligence and to foster good communication with my members and co-workers.
About my practice
I was born and raised in the South Side of Chicago before moving to Orange County, California. I attended Willamette University in Salem, where I fell in love with my husband and the Pacific Northwest. It was here that my passion for science became a passion for helping people, and I decided on a career in medicine. After finishing my training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Illinois in Chicago, I returned to Oregon to pursue my career and be near family and friends.
How I thrive
Maintaining balance is important to me. When I'm not at work, I enjoy sharing time with family and friends, especially outdoors--hiking, camping, and exploring nature. That said, some of my favorite days are spent lounging at a park or at the beach with my dog. Additionally, I love trying new restaurants and cooking new recipes.
