She is amazing - i just switched to her after losing my primary care physician who i had for the last 18 years. Dr. Villarreal listened to all of my concerns and requested follow-up appts for needed issues. I never felt rushed and was treated with such respect. I am so grateful and had a wonderful experience.

I'm new to Kaiser, having just joined medicare and Kaiser's Advantage Plan and am extremely happy with the service I've received so far. I especially appreciate my new PCP, Dr. Villarreal who patiently answered all my questions and set up referrals.

I loved Dr. Villarreal, I had and have so many things I wanted to discuss and she took the time needed. Dr. Villarreal also listened to my concerns, and made follow up appointments within a week, to help solve some things going on.

I was born in Monterrey, Mexico, and received my medical degree from the University of Monterrey Faculty of Medicine. I graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Science Family Medicine Residency Program and became board-certified in family medicine. I chose to practice medicine because I love learning about health, and I feel that one of the most rewarding things you can do in life is to help other people.

About my practice

As a family physician, my greatest rewards are getting to know my patients, providing them with broad-spectrum care, and always being able to treat the person as a whole. I provide acute, chronic, and preventive care to patients at all stages of their lives.

How I thrive

I love spending quality time with my family, friends, and two dogs. I try to learn something new every day, whether it's by reading, traveling, or listening to a podcast or audiobook. I also enjoy learning new languages, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and watching new television shows, movies, and documentaries.
