I am privileged to practice Palliative Medicine. I was born in Beijing and immigrated to the United States during elementary school. I received my medical education at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. I then completed both post-graduate training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Palliative Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital. My personal interest is in palliative care for members with hematological malignancies.
About my practice
Palliative care is an interdisciplinary, team-based specialty designed to help members with serious illness to manage their symptoms. We work with individuals and their families to delineate each member's unique goals and values and to uphold their perspective as we provide them with medical care.
How I thrive
I love to stay active in the outdoors by running on trails and roads. My day doesn't feel complete unless it starts with the movement of my body in some way. I believe in taking care of my body and soul in order to give my best to the people who interact with me every day.
