I was born and raised outside of Boston. After attending Harvard University for my undergraduate and public health training, I worked in public health research before moving to New York City for medical school. After training in internal medicine at the Oregon Health & Science University, I joined Kaiser Permanente as a hospitalist.
About my practice
Working in hospital medicine, I help to address acute medical issues. I have a particular interest in caring for patients with multiple complex medical conditions and enjoy developing relationships with patients and their families during what can be a stressful time. I strive to provide patients with the best evidence-based medical decision-making tools and to tailor recommendations to each individual’s own circumstances and values.
How I thrive
Outside of the hospital, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, and cross-country skiing. I am an avid reader, and my life-long passions include literature, performing music, and learning languages.
